Our maintenance director runs dedicated crews for mowing, edging, bed care, shrub trimming, seasonal cleanup, and irrigation checks. The same people service your property every visit, so they know it well and problems get caught early.

Landscape Installation

Complete commercial installations for new construction and renovations: planting beds, trees, sod, rock, decorative stone, and French drains that fix drainage for good. We have the crew capacity for anything from an entry refresh to a full campus, and we run big projects in phases with several crews.
You approve the plan and the line-item price before a shovel hits dirt. Then we work on schedule, price change orders honestly, and leave the site clean. Builders and general contractors refer us for a reason.

Irrigation & Sprinkler Systems

We design and install irrigation for commercial sites of any size, with zones set correctly so beds, turf, and shade areas each get what they need. Pair a system with a maintenance contract and the whole property stays healthy on autopilot. We install and service Rain Bird equipment along with other major brands.
Already have a system that limps along? Our service department repairs and improves existing systems, including ones we didn't install. We winterize each fall, because Oklahoma freezes crack pipes and backflow devices every year.
And if a repair is all you need, that's all we'll sell you.

Our designers walk your property with you, then return within days with a scaled drawing, photos of every proposed plant and tree, and a complete itemized proposal. Entry corridors, signage beds, seasonal color programs, full site plans, and residential yards all start the same way.
Every selection is matched to Oklahoma sun, shade, and soil, because a full-sun bed along a south-facing parking lot needs very different plants than the shade under a live oak. After 30 years here, we know what survives and what doesn't.

On builds that need them, we schedule and submit permits and city inspections ourselves. The same hardscape crews build commercial walkways, seating areas, and retaining walls too.

Can you take over a property another company was maintaining?
Yes, and we do it often, including mid-season. We'll walk the site, note what needs correcting, and give you a straight assessment along with a contract quote.
Can you handle multiple sites or a large campus?
Yes. We have the crew capacity for any size project and maintain properties across the state, including healthcare facilities, school campuses, and city parks. One vendor across everything means consistent quality and a single point of contact.
Do you handle permits and city inspections?
Yes. On projects that require them, we schedule and submit permits and inspections ourselves. Customers on large builds tell us this is one of the biggest reliefs of working with us.
Do you repair existing sprinkler systems?
Yes. Our service department repairs and improves existing systems, including systems we didn't install. We install and service Rain Bird equipment along with other major brands, and we winterize systems each fall.
What do I get with a landscape design?
